The Hong Kong Q-Mark Council participated in the Hong Kong Food Expo 2017 with its own booth to display food related products of more than 20 licensees. There were games and food tasting at the booth and more than 1500 gifts were given out to visitors. The Council also organized “Q-mark Creative Chef Championship” on 19 August 2017 at the Food Expo’s entertainment stage. It invited two well-known celebrities Sammi and Siu Yee to team up with two finalists and play games with the audience. Ms Norma Chu, Founder of Q-Mark licensee DayDayCook and a celebrity chef, was also invited to be one of the judges for the competition. Q-Mark Council Chairman Mr. Bernie Ting, FHKI Chairman Mr. Jimmy Kwok, Q-Mark council members and prize sponsors greatly supported the event through their presence, they were the judges for the competition and prize presenters for winners.
