The Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Scheme

Service Industry is one of the major driving forces of Hong Kong economy. The industry itself is competitive, and to stay on top and be the market leader, service companies must strive to offer top quality service to meet customer's expectation.

The Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Scheme is a service system certification scheme developed by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council. It aims to recognize the companies which offer excellent services and to assist them upgrading the service standard continuously.

Companies with service locations in Hong Kong, the mainland China or Macau can join.

Fee structure
Fees of the Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Scheme involve (1) application fee, (2) certification audit fee, (3) annual licence fee and (4) renewal fee.
