The Hong Kong Q-Mark Council participated in the Hong Kong Food Expo 2018 with its own booth to display food-related products of more than 20 licensees. There were games and food tasting at the booth and more than 1,000 small gifts were given out to visitors.
The Council also organized “Q-mark Master Chef” on 18 August 2018 at the Food Expo’s entertainment stage and the event came to a successful end. The well-known celebrity Eliza Sam was invited to plays games with the audience. The celebrity chef Ms Esther Sham was also invited to be one of the judges for the competition.
The Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Dr Bernard Chan, FHKI Chairman Mr Jimmy Kwok, FHKI Deputy Chairman cum Q-Mark Vice Chairman Mr Sunny Tan, Q-Mark Vice Chairman Mr Eric Sun, Q-Mark council members and prize sponsors greatly supported the event through their presence. They were the judges for the competition and prize presenters for winners.
