Hong Kong Q-Mark Council launches the Hong Kong Q-Mark Service (Cyan) Scheme to recognize elite service providers and assist consumers identifying quality brands.
The Council assesses different service scopes, such as infrastructure and environment, staff performance, customer service level. Fee structure
Fees of the Hong Kong Q-Mark Service (Cyan) Scheme involve (1) new application fee and (2) renewal fee.
